BROOKE Van Sickle extended her own reign as the most valuable player of the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
The 27-year-old Fil-American winger is the first PVL player to win back-to-back MVP nods in the same conference since Creamline's Tots Carlos in the 2022 Open Conference and the 2023 1st All-Filipino Conference.

Van Sickle won the top individual award back in her PVL debut last year in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
There, Petro Gazz copped the bronze medal after ousting Chery Tiggo in the battle for third.
Her fellow Fil-foreign spiker Savi Davison was feted with her first individual award in the PVL as one of two best outside hitters along with reigning Reinforced Conference MVP and Creamline ace Bernadeth Pons.
Davison set the league record for the most points scored in prelims play with 296 markers for PLDT before bowing out in the quarterfinals to Choco Mucho.
Even more history was made by ZUS Coffee's Thea Gagate as the first drafted PVL rookie to be included in the All-Conference Team.
The Thunderbelles' 6-foot-2 defender shared the spoils with Creamline's Bea de Leon as this conference's best middle blocker.
Another Cool Smasher in Kyle Negrito joined the circle of awardees as she picked up her third PVL best setter plum.
Flying Titans floor general Thang Ponce also scored her fourth best libero award and third as a pro league. She earned her very first citation in the 2018 Collegiate Conference with Adamson.
Trisha Tubu of Farm Fresh, an Adamson standout herself, also became a two-time best opposite hitter.
From one ex-Lady Falcon to another, Cignal winger Ishie Lalongisip was named as the rookie of the conference — the second rookie to earn the distinction since ZUS Coffee's Sharya Ancheta in last year's Reinforced Conference.
