BANKO eyes a second straight win, while Pacifictown Army tries to get back on track in the PVL Reinforced Conference on Sunday at the Arena in San Juan.

The Perlas Spikers are coming off a straight-sets win over cellar-dwelling Motolite and look to post their first back-to-back wins in the tournament as they face the Lady Troopers at 2 p.m.

Army and BanKo are tied for third with 2-2 win-loss cards.

“Makuha sana namin ang momentum namin kasi it’s only a month tapos sobrang dami namin games within a week,” BanKo captain Nicole Tiamzon said on Wednesday after the win over Motolite.

“Sana yung game sa Army yun ang babaunin namin papunta sa second elimination.”

Focus will again be on Perlas Spikers’ imports Kia Bright and Yasemin Yildrim as well as Tiamzon, Kathy Bersola, Dzi Gervacio and Jem Ferrer.

After getting swept by unbeaten leader PetroGazz on Saturday, the Lady Troopers led by Jenelle Jordan and Olena Lymareva-Flink and locals Royse Tubino, Jovelyn Gonzaga and Nene Bautista hope to quickly bounce back.
