ATENEO demolished Technological Institute of Technology, 25-16, 25-14, 25-13, on Saturday to complete a sweep of its eliminations assignments in the Shakey's V-League Season 12 Collegiate Conference on Saturday.
Alyssa Valdez had 16 points anchored on 12 spikes to lead the Lady Eagles, who needed just 66 minutes to take its fifth successive win in Group B at The Arena in San Juan.
Bea de Leon added nine markers while Maddie Madayag contributed eight, Amy Ahomiro seven and Jhoanna Maraguinot six for Ateneo. New guest player Kayla Tianco-William had one point for the Lady Eagles.
Ateneo proved too much for TIP as it attacked from angles to come up with 35 spikes compared to just 12 of Lady Engineers.
Gizelle Tan also provided all of the team's 21 excellent sets, while TIP only had eight.
Guest player Hezzymei Acuna had six points for TIP (1-4).
