FOUR former MVPs headline the reserve pool for the 2026 PVL All-Star Showcase set on May 1 in Candon City.
Leading the list are Creamline captain Alyssa Valdez, who suits up for Team Heart, along with fellow three-time MVPs Tots Carlos and Nxled skipper Brooke Van Sickle for Team Hustle.
Myla Pablo, another former MVP, also joins Valdez on Team Heart.

Rald Ricafort’s Team Heart will also lean on the Cignal trio of Vanie Gandler, Dawn Macandili-Catindig, and Gel Cayuna, along with middle blockers MJ Phillips and Jean Asis.
On the other side, Shaq delos Santos’ Team Hustle adds Ivy Lacsina, Bea de Leon, Jackie Acuña, Alyssa Eroa, and Alohi Robins-Hardy to back Van Sickle and Carlos.

The reserves were chosen through a week-long selection process involving coaches, players, team officials, referees, the PVL Control Committee, broadcast and production groups, and the PVL Press Corps.
With the final list set, all 10 PVL teams will be represented in the All-Star game, led by Creamline with seven players, followed by PLDT and Cignal with five each, and Akari and Nxled with three apiece.

Every All-Star is guaranteed playing time under the league’s format. Starters will open the match and play until the second technical timeout of Set 1 or at the 16-point mark, before reserves take over in Set 2. Starters return in Set 3 until the first technical timeout or eight points, after which free substitutions are allowed.
Side events, including setting, digging, and serving challenges featuring both players and fans, will also be part of the showcase.
Spikers' Turf All-Stars
In the Spikers’ Turf All-Star game, Sydney Calderon’s Team Power will have Edward Camposano, Jaron Requinton, Billie Anima, Jayvee Sumagaysay, JM Ronquillo, EJ Casana, and Vince Lorenzo as reserves.
Tai Bundit’s Team Passion, meanwhile, will parade Nico Almendras, Shawie Caritativo, Gian Glorioso, Mfena Gwaza, Jayrack Dela Noche, Kris Cian Silang, and John Philip Pepito.
