    Air Padda warns Lady Falcons of tough work ahead as they eye semis

    ADAMSON coach Air Padda warned the Lady Falcons of tougher work ahead as they go for a semifinal berth in the PVL Collegiate Conference.

    The Lady Falcons are unbeaten in four matches, but up next for them is another team with an unblemished record, league-leading University of Sto. Tomas.

    Padda reiterated her displeasure with the Lady Falcons’ play after a four-set win over University of the Philippines, and is hoping the squad can respond to coaching in training sessions ahead of the Saturday match with UST.


    “Im the queen of punishments,” she said. “Its gonna be a good game and I’m excited.”

    “(It’s gonna be) another week of hard training,” she Padda, who noticed her wards’ attitude towards the game.

    “Its not like they’re not prepared,” she added. “(But) they get to game day and kinda (acted) like, ‘Am I gonna choke or am I gonna step up and go over the hurdle?’”

    A win by the Lady Falcons will earn them a seat in the semis together with the Tigresses.
