F2 Logistics captain Aby Maraño aired her frustration over controversial calls late in the Cargo Movers' first loss of the 2023 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference at the hands of Petro Gazz Angels on Thursday.
Lengthy official reviews in the fifth set led to a 41-minute tiebreak which included rotation reviews and inconclusive challenges.

At 12-9 in the final set, Maraño was deemed to be at fault in what appeared to be a simultaneous net touch between her and Grethcel Soltones after Pertro Gazz coach Oliver Almadro's challenge.
The Petro Gazz challenge was successful as a lengthy review concluded Marano's knee hit the net first before Soltones' arm.
Marano was obviously unhappy.
"Hindi ko gets bakit may rules pa for challenge tapos hindi naman pala gagamitin. Papalitan kung kelan lang gusto. Biglang ioover rule. Tapos malinaw usapan namin ng two refs walang gagalawin sa score, good ball lang daw tapos anyare? Para tayong nasa inter-barangay kung ganito," she said on Twitter.

Maraño also responded to a Twitter user who questioned her call for fairness and parity.
Her new teammate Jolina Dela Cruz also weighed in:
Petro Gazz reached match point after a foot fault from F2's Ivy Lacsina was identified shortly after Maraño's kill spike.
F2 Logistics coach Regine Diego sidestepped a question on the calls after the match.
"Hindi ko alam kung ano ba talaga 'yung mga nangyari [sa dulo ng game]. Pag-uusapan pa namin 'yung mga 'yun but other than that, the girls gave their best para makahabol sa fifth set and they were also playing very well," Diego said.
F2's final pool play assignment will be against Foton on Tuesday.
