Perez is a multi-awarded 29-year-old playmaker who last suited up for champion team Petro Gazz and will now play a key role for a young Chameleons side.

Perez will take on setting duties alongside Nxled mainstay Jaja Maraguinot with an array of promising spikers at their disposal including the likes of May Luna, Chiara Permentilla, Lycha Ebon and the PVL Draft’s No. 5 overall pick in Lucille Almonte.
More new pieces for Chameleons
On the flip side, charging up the Nxled defense is 5-foot-10 middle blocker Jaycel delos Reyes.
The Ateneo defender isn’t new to the PVL scene as she even had a one-conference stint with now-defunct Motolite in its debut campaign in 2018.

She’d rejoin the league in the pro ranks in 2022 and had a series of brief outings with Chery Tiggo, Farm Fresh and most recently, ZUS Coffee.
Perez and delos Reyes could make their Nxled debuts in less than a day’s time alongside the club’s newest Italian head coach Ettore Guidetti.
