DEFENDING champion Pocari Sweat will parade new imports in the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference opening on April 30.
The Lady Warriors tapped 6-foot-3 Bosnian middle blocker Edina Selimovic and 6-foot-1 outside hitter Michelle Strizak, a former member of the US Girls’ Youth National Training Team, to beef up the roster after a successful season with Breanna Mackie and Andrea Kacsits last year.
They will join mainstays Myla Pablo, Elaine Kasilag, Melissa Gohing and Desiree Dadang.
Pocari Sweat last year signed former Ateneo star Fille Cainglet-Cayetano and University of Sto. Tomas player Jessey de Leon.
Also seeing action in the tournament are BaliPure, Creamline, Perlas Lady Spikers, Air Force and Iriga.
