NATIONAL University coach Babes Castillo says he is not about to panic just yet, even as the Lady Bulldogs continued to slide.
NU was dealt its ourth straight loss by bottom half team University of Sto. Tomas.
They are winless in the second round, but even so the Lady Bulldogs remain in the top four with a 6-5 record.
“No panic button,” said Castillo, noting that they will try to make the most of the break to fix their problems.
“Ang common mistake ng tao is to think that there is always a quick fix, gusto natin madaling sagot,” he said. “You have to struggle, you have to go through all this pain.”
“Noong nakita niyong umiiyak sila, I never left their side kasi that's what I promised them, I will never leave your side. We'll go through all the pain and victories together,” he said.
NU will have a long break before it takes on University of the Philippines on April 4, University of the East on April 8 and Far Eastern University on April 15.
