NCBA Wildcats recover from two sets down to eliminate St. Benilde Blazers

NATIONAL College of Business and the Arts rose from two sets down to eliminate College of St. Benilde, 19-25, 16-25, 25-18, 27-25, 19-17, on Wednesday in the round robin quarterfinals of the Spikers' Turf Collegiate Conference at The Arena in San Juan.

Guest player Reyson Fuentes scored 24 points, Jason Canlas added 16, Paul Domingo had 13 and Cj Oclima chipped in 11 for the Wildcats.

NCBA evened its win-loss card, 3-3, to tie Emilio Aguinaldo College in the third spot.

Johnvic de Guzman scored 26, Isaah Arda added 16 points, Racmade Etrone poured in 15 and Mark Orian made 12 for the Blazers, who bowed out of contention with a 1-5 mark.
