MARK Espejo put up a splendid performance anew as Ateneo beat Adamson, 25-14, 25-27, 25-23, 28-26 in the UAAP men's volleyball tournament on Wednesday at the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Espejo dazzled with 31 points including three blocks and two service aces for the Blue Eagles, who soared to a fourth straight victory after a stunning defeat to Far Eastern University in the season opener.

Gian Glorioso chipped in 14 markers with a team-high five blocks, while Chumason Njigha had 13 points. 

Karl Baysa and Ron Medalla added eight points apiece for the streaking Blue Eagles.

John Yude fired 13 points for the Falcons, who absorbed their fourth loss in five matches.
