FORMER Ateneo Lady Eagles captain Fille Cainglet has no plan to make a volleyball comeback - for now.

Watching the Lady Eagles play Philippine Army in the Shakey’s V-League Season 11 Open Conference from the sidelines, the 24-year old Cainglet admitted she misses the sport she has played since grade school.

“Nakaka-miss kasi, kaya pag may chance, nanonood ako,” she told Spin.ph as she watched the Lady Eagles notch a fourth straight win in the quarterfinals of the pioneering women’s volleyball league at The Arena in San Juan.

"Pero sa ngayon wala pa akong balak mag-comeback."

At the moment, Caingley said she enjoys her new role sa wife to TV director and Taguig City Rep. Lino Cayetano and a full-time mother to baby boy Ino Philip, who turns three months old on Wednesday.

The former member of Ateneo's popular 'Fab Five' is not closing the doors on a comeback.

If and when she comes back, the charmer said she wants to emulate ageless Philippine Army players like Tina Salak and Mary Jean Balse, who recently led the team to a third straight Philippine Super Liga title.

“In time why not, 'di ba? I'm still young pa naman, kaya ko pa maglaro. Peg ko 'yung Army,” she said.

“At saka passion kasi talaga eh, babalikan mo rin talaga.”
