FOTON Fil-Jamaican player Kayla Tiangco-Williams is excited about taking a short break from volleyball during the holidays, but she's equally eager to come back for the Invitational Conference of the Philippine Super Liga next year.

After a successful run in the recently concluded import-laden Grand Prix Conference, Tiangco-Williams looks forward to another conference with the Tornadoes.

“I’m going home to see my family for Christmas in Toronto. As for 2016, for the next PSL, I would love to come back,” she told Spin.ph.

The three-year old league is set to hold an Invitational Conference, where the top three all-Filipino teams will be joined by a foreign squad in the semifinals.

With such format, Tiangco-Williams can expect to see more time on the court after she was used sparingly during the Grand Prix because of the long minutes of American import Lindsay Stalzer.

“Foton has been a great organization for me. I love them. The management and the coaching staff is great,” Tiangco-Williams said of Foton, which treated the whole team to an island adventure in Caramaoan, Camarines Sur as part of its reward for winning the Grand Prix tournament.

“The feeling is mutual. We’ve had some discussions so I should be back here next year,” she added.

The PSL resumes next year with the Invitational Cup in February.
