UNDERMANNED San Sebastian College proved too much for Emilio Aguinaldo College, 25-16, 25-19, 25-16, in the season opener of the 93rd NCAA women’s volleyball tournament on Thursday at The Arena in San Juan.

Skipper Joyce Sta. Rita, Dangie Encarnacion, Nikka Dalisay and Daurene Santos each had 13 points for SSC, which only has eight players on its lineup.

The others in coach Roger Gorayeb's team are Julie Tiangco, Vira Guillema, Dannah Amponin and libero Alyssa Eroa.

Jaylene Lumbo and Ladeisheen Magbanua had six points apiece for EAC.
