Team owner Atsushi Moyoshi told Perpetual Help volleyball officials his team is interested in establishing relationships early with players like Ramirez.
"I allowed Louie to train in abroad para mas lalo siyang gumaling at marami pang matutunan sa larong volleyball na madadala nya dito sa team, sa NCAA at sa bansa," said Perpetual Altas Spikers head coach Sammy Acaylar.
Ramirez will be accompanied by assistant coach Macky Cariño.
