Jazareno, 25, made it two Lady Spikers in the region's winners' circle across both legs of the tournament after Angel Canino won best outside spiker in Leg 1 in Thailand.
Alas Pilipinas Women wrapped up its final major tournament before the 33rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in December with two individual awards and two bronze medals in the annual regional meet.

Just like the first leg, a Filipina was joined by three Vietnamese aces and three Thai hotshots.
Nguyen Thi Bích Tuyen won best opposite hitter and tournament MVP along with Vi Thi Nhu Quynh as the best outside hitter and Tranh Thi Bich Thuy as the best middle blocker.
The returning Chatchu-on Moksri was feted the other best outside hitter and Wimonrat Thanapan the other top middle blocker.
Veteran setter Pornpun Guedpard topped the playmaking department.
