FAR Eastern University defeated La Salle, 25-22, 15-25, 30-28, 25-22, in the UAAP men's volleyball tournament on Wednesday at the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
The Tamaraws rolled to their third straight victory, with Paul Bugaoan scoring 19 points including two aces.
Richard Solis pumping in 14 points, while Peter Quiel and Jude Garcia added 11 each.
La Salle suffered its second loss in three outings.
Arjay Onia led all scorers with 22 points, while Raymark Woo added 20 for the Green Spikers.
Meanwhile, Adamson picked up its first victory, beating University of the Philippines, 22-25, 26-24, 25-16, 25-19.
Adamson and UP are also at 1-2.
