SAN Beda College got back on the winning track, beating San Sebastian College, 25-14, 25-22, 22-25, 25-18, in the NCAA Season 93 women’s volleyball tournament on Tuesday at The Arena in San Juan.
Coming off a demoralizing loss to defending champion Arellano, the Lady Red Spikers vented their ire on the shorthanded Lady Stags to improve their win-loss record to 7-1.
San Beda regained a share of the top spot with Arellano, which bowed to College of St. Benilde on Monday.
Skipper Cesca Racraquin had 20 points, 19 digs and 13 excellent receptions to lead SBC after a straight set loss to the Lady Chiefs.

The Viray twins Nieza and Jiezela combined for 22 markers for the Lady Red Spikers, who ended SSC’s win run at five.

“So nakita namin na gusto nilang manalo, so kailangan namin silang pigilan.'Yung depensa pinatibay namin,” he added.
Team captain Joyce Sta. Rita had 16 points, while Daurene Santos chipped in 15 for San Sebastian, which slipped to 5-3.
