After an impressive 12-point debut and a win over Kurobe, Santiago continued to turn heads as she matched her output and led Ageo Medics to their second straight win beating PFU Blue Cats, 25-15, 25-19, 25-22.
The 6-foot-5 former National University standout nailed nine kills out of 15 spike attempts on top of two blocks and a service ace.
Santiago and Ageo Medics gun for their third straight win Denso Airybees on Saturday next week.
Espejo and Weisse Adler, however, succumbed their fourth straight loss at the hands of league leader JTEKT 25-23, 20-25, 19-25, 15-25.
The five-time UAAP MVP out of Ateneo de Manila has been delivering strong hits and impressive numbers but they couldn’t convert it into a win in all their four outings.
