ADAMSON booked its first back-to-back win of the season by drubbing hapless University of the East, 25-22, 25-22, 25-19, in the UAAPwomen's volleyball tournament on Saturday at Araneta Coliseum.

Jessica Galanza led the way for the Lady Falcons with 15 points while skipper Mylene Paat and sophomore May Roque chipped in 13 and 10 markers, respectively.

Adamson improved to 3-4.

Adamson coach Sherwin Meneses said he hopes the successive wins could give the Lady Falcons enough momentum to turn their campaign around in the second round.

“Sana magtuluy-tuloy na hangang second round. Pero trabahuin muna ulit namin kasi medyo mahaba ang break namin,” Meneses said said.

Shaya Adorador finished with 13 points for UE, which remained winless in seven outings and a total of 52 consecutive games dating back to the last three games of Season 74.
