VOLLEYBALL star Fille Cainglet-Cayetano says she has nothing more to ask for.

She now has a “complete” life.

Exactly three days before her baby, Ino Philip, turns one, the former Ateneo Lady Eagles spiker could not contain her happiness as she celebrates her first 'Mother's Day' with her young family.

For her being a mother is the best feeling in the world.

“Ibang klaseng happiness, minsan pakiramdam ko sasabog na lang siya sa sobrang love,” Cainglet-Cayetano told Spin.ph, sharing how she wants to spend every minute of the day with her baby.

“I look forward to go home after training, kaya binabaon ko na lang ‘yung food ko. Sa car na lang ako kakain para makauwi kaagad,” she added giggling.

The 25-year-old charmer married to TV/film director and now Taguig representative Lino Cayetano on December 17, 2013, nine months after she played out her final year with the Lady Eagles in the UAAP.

But Cainglet-Cayetano said she has no regrets calling a timeout on her volleyball career to get married and have a baby immediately thereafter.

“No regrets,” she said quickly. “Kasi dati ko pa gustong magka-baby. Kasi feleing ko pag matanda ka na mahihirapan ka na (magkaanak).”

She has since returned to volleyball as she joined Petron in the Philippine Super Liga, where they copped the Grand Prix title in December. She currently plays for Meralco in the Shakey’s V-League to add to her duties with Petron.

    No wonder Fille feels complete.

“Masarap ang pakiramdam na may baby ka, may family ka, may career, kumpleto na ako. I’m so blessed talaga and lahat perfect timing,” she said.

Being a mother also taught Cainglet-Cayetano to love and appreciate her mom even more.

“Being a mom made me love my mom even more,” she said. “Kasi noong umpisa pa lang, noong bagong panganak ako kay Ino, sobrang puyat ‘yung dependent talaga sayo ‘yung isang tao.

“I’m happy na she raised me well na ‘yung love niya sa akin mase-share ko na.”

When asked if she wants Ino to follow in her footsteps and become an athlete in the future, Fille said she's leaving that decision entirely to her son.

“Kung gusto niya, bakit hindi. Kung exposed siya sa sport mai-inclined siya sa sport,” she said.

She has one message to her boy which she hopes Ino to read in the future.

“Pag laki niya mababasa niya ito, gusto kong sabihin sa kanya na, love na love ko siya and I’m always here for him. He makes me happy.”
