Far Eastern University restored order in the UAAP men's volleyball Finals with a four-set victory over National University on Wednesday, forcing a winner-take-all Game Three. Jerome Ascaño

FAR Eastern University denied National University a sweep with a 25-23, 17-25, 25-20, 25-23 victory on Wednesday in Game Two, sending the 75th UAAP men's volleyball finals to a deciding third game.

After their stunning loss last Saturday where they wasted a two-set lead, the Tamaraws came out strong and produced a strong start and a steadier finish.

Alexis Faytaren capped the victory with an off-speed attack that positioned FEU at match point and a block on former teammate Reyson Fuentes that tied the best-of-three series at 1-1.

"Natuto kami sa pagkatalo namin sa Game One," said Best Player of the Game Karl Ian dela Calzada. "Nakuha na namin first two sets ang learnings namin doon ay wala na ibang gagawin, tatapusin na namin and less errors."

Dela Calzada led the Morayta-based tossers with 18 points, while Faytaren chipped in 16, Ronald Tonquin added 10 and this year's Best Server and Best receiver Arvin Avila finished with 13 markers for FEU.

"Na-motivate yung mga bata sa willingness nila na manalo," said FEU coach George Pascua. "Binigyan na kami ng chance (ng Game Three) kaya iga-grab na namin at all out na kami at mas magiging aggressive kami."

Former Tamaraws Peter Torres, Jan Paglinawan and Fuentes led the Bulldogs with 13, 12 and eight markers, respectively, while team captain Reuben Inaudito added 12.
