FAR Eastern University sustained its winning ways after beating Adamson, 25-19, 27-29, 25-19, 25-19 in the UAAP Season 80 men's volleyball tournament on Saturday at the Filoil Flying V Centre.
Jude Garcia came away with 20 points on spikes and two blocks for the Tamaraws, who followed up a stunning victory over Ateneo last week to preserve a perfect record.
John Paul Bugaoan added 19 markers.
FEU recovered well after dropping a thrilling second frame, 27-29, as the Tamaraws cruised pas the Falcons in the next two sets to seal the win.
Paolo Pablico paced the Falcons with 20 points.
Meanwhile, La Salle Green Spikers picked up their first victory at the expense of University of the Philippines, 25-22, 25-23, 25-19.
La Salle came out with guns ablaze a week after dropping its opener against University of Santo Tomas.
UP fell to a 1-1 card.
