FAR Eastern University whipped Philippine Merchant Marine School, 25-19, 25-16, 25-23, on Saturday for its second win in the Spikers’ Turf Collegiate Conference at the Philsports Arena in Pasig.
Greg Dolor had 11 points, 10 on spikes, while Richard Solis added 10 points for the Tamaraws.
The Tamaraws got sloppy in the third but errors by the Mariners allowed the FEU to seal the win with a 7-1 run.
Kelvin Balanga and Keyvin Premaylon PMMS with nine points each as the Mariners remain winless in three matches.
