Fauzi Ismail unloaded 20 points from 15 attacks, two blocks and three service aces as NU improved its win-loss record to 12-1 behind unbeaten Ateneo (13-0).
The Bulldogs will face the Blue Eagles on April 8.
James Natividad and Bryan Bagunas added eight markers apiece for NU, which dominated the match in attacks (36-23), blocks (5-0) and service aces (8-0).
Noel Alba scored nine points for UE, which dropped to 1-12.
