Edmar Bonono led the HD Spikers with 10 points built on six attacks and four blocks. JP Bugaoan contributed nine hits, while Marck Espejo added eight markers.

Go For Gold-Air Force beat Navy, 25-15, 25-15, 25-23, to stay in second place at 7-1.
Bryan Bagunas scored 19 on 15 attacks, two blocks and two aces. Ranran Abdilla had 15 points, while Kim Malabunga delivered the finishing touches in the tight third set and wound up with 10 points.
“Nabasa ng Navy ‘yung play namin so muntikan kami ng third set, lamang kami tapaos nahabol eh. Kailangang pa naming i-improve ‘yung first ball namin,” said Air Force head coach Rhovyl Verayo.
Nobody scored in double figures for Navy with Greg Dolor finishing with nine markers. Navy dropped to 4-4, tied for sixth with idle Animo.
PLDT Home Fibr scored a 25-22, 25-18, 25-20 victory over Volleyball Never Stops.
Former Adamson star Pao Pablico powered PLDT with 13 points off ten attacks, two blocks and an ace, while national team mainstay Mark Alfafara had 11 points.
PLDT is in third spot with a 6-2 record.
“I just let them play, sila na nag set ng tempo tapos konting reminders lang. Then ‘yung game plan nasunod naman na ng kaunti,” said PLDT coach Odjie Mamon
Tony Koyfman scored 13 points for the Griffins, which dropped to 2-6.
