HOWARD Mojica scored 20 points, 18 on kills, as Emilio Aguinaldo College whipped Mapua, 25-19, 25-14, 25-21, on Tuesday to complete a nine-match first round sweep in 90th NCAA volleyball competition at The Arena in San Juan City.
EAC hopes to sustain its momentum in the second round where it will be joined by fierce rival Perpetual Help (7-1), Arellano University (6-2) and College of St. Benilde (6-2).

The Blazers turned back the gritty San Beda Lions, 28-26, 25-17, 25-17, to book the fourth and last spot in the second round.
In women's action, the Lady Blazers also advanced to the next phase with a stunning 25-18, 25-23, 25-20 triumph over the San Sebastian Lady Stags.
EAC walloped Mapua, 25-15, 25-15, 25-18, in a non-bearing women's match.
