Johnvic de Guzman scored 28 points on scattered from 21 spikes, four blocks and three service aces, as the Blazers ended their campaign with a 2-5 win-loss record.
Mark Orian had nine markers, while Racmade Etrone and guest player Francis Basilan chipped in with eight points apiece for the Blazers.
FEU skipper Greg Dolor scored 24, guest player Rikko Mamerto added 15, Jude Garcia contributed 13 and Peter Quiel had 11.
The Tamaraws finished the tournament with a 1-6 record.
