The Flying Titans are coming off a seventh place finish in the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference.
The club on Monday confirmed its participation in the tournament.
From national teams and under-18 ensembles to top-tier domestic clubs, the competition has featured a vast array of talent across Asia and the Pacific.
Joining Choco Mucho in the seven-team field are clubs from Australia, Japan, Mongolia, South Korea, and two Vietnamese sides.
It will be the VTV Cup's first staging in four years since the pandemic's onset in 2019.
