CED Domingo is a champion once again — this time, in Thailand with the nation's winningest club and now six-time Women's Thailand Volleyball League winner Nakhon Ratchasima VC.

The soon-to-be Akari Charger pitched in five points (four in Set 3) in her Thai club's title-clinching 25-18, 25-17, 25-18 sweep of Diamond Food for Nakhon Ratchasima's second straight championship.

A four-time Premier Volleyball League (PVL) champion with Creamline, Domingo joins the esteemed ranks of Jaja Santiago (Japan) and Bryan Bagunas (Taiwan) as the new trifecta of Filipino volleyball imports to win championship gold in their respective overseas playing stints.
Recharged and ready to go
Roughly over a month prior to her Thai league title win, Domingo made the 'hard decision' to leave Creamline, her home club of four years, and join Akari for the 2024 PVL season.
The former PVL Finals MVP, however, is at ease with her forthcoming chapter and ready to embrace the new challenge which awaits her as a new Charger.
“Leaving Creamline is always a hard decision. That’s how it felt in October, lalo na biglaan yung Thailand stint offer, but I thought this opportunity doesn’t come often so I grabbed it. No regrets because there are so much learnings here na I know I will cherish from this," said Domingo.
“Nakakaoverwhelm yung mga pangyayari. Ganun pala yun, pag binuksan mo yung pinto tapos ang daming kumakatok, talagang nakaka-overwhelm [but] I’m really happy dito sa naging decision ko especially because I know I took everything into consideration. From nakaka-overwhelm, ngayon excitement na yung na-ffeel ko,” she added.
