The 23-year-old Alas Pilipinas winger bested Indonesian ace Farhan Halim for the top individual spiking nod.

In Alas Men's second-straight bronze medal campaign, Buddin posted higher scoring totals than his first-leg output where he was named 2nd best outside hitter in Manila.
Buddin posted 13.7 points built on 12.7 attacks, 0.7 block and 0.3 ace over a three-game stretch.
The National University standout saved his best for last with a team-high 24 markers on 22 attacks, one block and one ace in the nationals' come-from-behind podium-clincher from 2-1 down to Vietnam.

He also led the Philippines in scoring in its two opening defeats to host Indonesia (seven points) and back-to-back champion Thailand (10 points).
In his first national team outing, Buddin had big shoes to fill in the absence of Japan-bound Marck Espejo and the abrupt exit of team captain Bryan Bagunas following an undisclosed knee injury in Leg 1.
