BRYAN Bagunas will be teaming up with Japan national team superstar Yuji Nishida at Osaka Bluteon for the 2025-26 Japan SV.League.
The Alas Pilipinas captain was unveiled as Osaka’s latest import signing on Wednesday.

“I’m truly honored to be a part of Osaka Bluteon. I have always admired the strong culture and vision of the club and will continue to give my best and support the team in every aspect to achieve our goals,” he said.
Osaka finished the 2024-25 season in third place.
Also part of the team are Nishida’s fellow Ryujin Nippon stars in captain Akihiro Yamauichi, Tomohiro Yamamoto, Shoma Tomita and Larry Evdabe-Dan.

Bagunas will also have the luxury of playing with a two-time Olympic champion and best setter in France’s Antoine Brizard.
Completing Osaka’s import trio are Cuban hitter Miguel Lopez and Chinese middle blocker Peng Shikun.
