The Lady Eagles looked down and out after wasting four set points in the second frame to fall 0-2 behind, but came back to life behind Alyssa Valdez to pull off the mother of all comebacks before more than 20,000 fans at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The win levelled the best-of-three finals t 1-1, keeping alive the Lady Eagles' quest for a third successive championship.
Game Three is set on Saturday at the Araneta Coliseum.
