ADAMSON assistant coach Angge Tabaquero remained confident even as the Lady Falcons absorbed another loss, this time to her former team University of Sto. Tomas.

Although they are one loss away from a first-round shutout, Tabaquero said they can still turn things around in the UAAP Season 79 women’s volleyball tournament.

“Napaka unpredictable kasi ng UAAP ngayon hindi mo alam kailan dadating ang time nila and mahaba pa ang season, maaga pa,” said Tabaquero.

The Lady Falcons needed a win to get out of the cellar but ended up with another straight-sets loss.

UST, also struggling to live up to expectations, got back on track at the expense of Adamson, but Tabaquero said there was no ill feeling.

“Wala, wala namang ibang feeling kumbaga sa akin lang ito ang team ko, ibang team ka, ganoon lang,” said Tabaquero, who played for UST from 2006 to 2010.

“Ordinary game lang, it’s the same how I treat other games, walang something special na ‘uy, ‘wag niyo masyado paluan’ walang ganoon,” she added.

“Napaka unprofessional naman kapag ganoon,” she said.
