THERE'S an old saying that goes, "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." Telling everyone about your instant surge of inspiration to pursue something is great, but what happens when that sudden rush wears off?
Once the initial high passes and you're faced with the reality of having to work tirelessly to achieve your goal, that's when you need to take up the mantra of "Can't stop, won't stop." You must challenge yourself to do better, no matter the cost.

One person who lives by this is Alyssa Valdez. The former UAAP champ and current professional volleyball player has scaled sporting heights that only few can manage, yet she acknowledges that she still has a lot to work on. Win or lose, she's constantly driven to push herself to go even further. "Sa volleyball kasi, you have to continuously improve," she says.
Now it's on you. Just say to yourself these words from Alyssa: "Sa lahat ng laban, tiwala ako na kaya ko." The video provides some useful advice from the champ herself. And to protect your body against illness so you can keep working toward your goals each and every day, don't forget to take your daily dose of FERN-C. Armed with non-acidic vitamin C, you're better-equipped to achieve more in life.
