CREAMLINE star Alyssa Valdez will sit out for the rest of the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference, according to a statement released by her mother company Rebisco on Saturday.
Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas, Inc. has allowed Valdez to see action in the crucial stage of the tournament after the management requested for it.
But a day after, Rebisco announced that their top priority is Valdez's health and that she won't be able to play in the PVL.
"We regret to inform you that management made a difficult decision to preserve Ly's current health condition and make her sit out all Creamline remaining games," said in the statement.
Creamline will face BaliPure in a best-of-three semifinals starting on Saturday, 4:00 p.m.
