ALAS Pilipinas opposite hitter Alyssa Solomon is taking her talents to Thailand after signing with reigning Thai League champion Nakhon Ratchasima 3M Films VC for the 2026-27 season.
The development was announced by Solomon’s representative, GT Sports Agency, on Saturday, marking the 6-foot-2, 24-year-old’s first stint in Thailand and second overseas foray after playing in Japan last year.

Solomon served Alas Women during their most recent cycle of international competitions, including the Asian Games, adding to her experience against some of the region’s top volleyball programs.

Her move to Thailand also comes on the heels of an impressive individual record in Southeast Asian volleyball. Solomon has become the most decorated opposite hitter in the SEA V.League, having won the Best Opposite Spiker award four times.
That track record gives Nakhon Ratchasima an experienced attacking option as the Thai champions prepare to defend their crown in the upcoming season.
For Solomon, the transfer marks another opportunity to test herself in a new volleyball environment after her stint in Japan with Osaka Marvelous.
With experience in both club and international competition, the Filipino opposite hitter now gets a chance to make her mark in a sporting powerhouse nation while continuing to build on her growing overseas career.
