Solomon came in clutch for Alas Pilipinas in the bronze-medal game against Indonesia, scoring four of her 25 points in the deciding set of an 20-25, 25-20, 16-25, 25-20, 15-10 win that clinched the team's second podium finish.

The NU Lady Bulldogs star posted an average of 10.3 points in two defeats to eventual champion Thailand and Vietnam and in the podium-clinching win over Indonesia to win her second award in the position since 2023.
She may have lost out in Leg 1 to Vietnam's power hitter Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen, but her debut campaign was still one to remember as she had a 20-point first act as an Alas player against Nguyen's side, five in a lopsided loss to the Thais and 16 in the bronze-clincher which was also against the Indonesians.
The first time Solomon won the award also happened to be in Leg 2 of the 2023 edition in Thailand back when the Philippine team was represented by an up-and-coming ensemble of UAAP stars, most of which hailing from Solomon's Lady Bulldogs side.
Worth the long wait
Lo and behold, the wait was truly worth it for Solomon to finally don the Alas jersey as she had to beg off from the nationals' first two tournaments.

Both Solomon and her NU teammate Bella Belen skipped the 2024 AVC Challenge Cup at home as it was scheduled roughly weeks since they won the UAAP Season 86 women's volleyball title, where Belen won league MVP honors and Solomon the finals MVP.
Belen would then join Alas' one and only game in the 2024 FIVB Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup before eventually being joined by Solomon in their first overseas stint for the SEA V.League.
