KEVIN Quiambao stayed hot as he powered the Goyang Sono Skygunners to a 95-81 win over fourth-seeded Wonju DB Promy in the Korean Basketball League on Saturday.
Coming off a huge outing against Anyang Jung Kwan Jang Red Boosters the last time out, the Gilas Pilipinas forward once again delivered with 21 points, six rebounds, and four assists.
KQ outshone Ethan Alvano, who also caught fire with 20 points, seven assists, and three rebounds for Wonju.

Despite the win, Goyang remained in seventh place and stayed one game behind the Suwon KT Sonicboom for the final playoff spot, while Wonju slipped to a 26-18 record.
Meanwhile, big games from SJ Belangel and Justin Gutang came in a losing cause as their respective teams absorbed close defeats.
Belangel finished with 16 points, six assists, and five rebounds, but the Daegu KOGAS Pegasus fell short against Rhenz Abando and Anyang, 66-64.
Abando, for his part, had seven points, one rebound, and one assist in the win.
Gutang, meanwhile, scored 15 points with four rebounds and one assist, but the Seoul Samsung Thunders bowed to the Busan KCC Egis, 81-79. William Navarro did not see action in the game.
