ROXANNE May Resma collared the 18-under and 16-under girls' singles titles on Sunday in the 24th Andrada Cup National Age Group Tennis Championships at the Rizal Memorial Tennis Center.
In the 16-under final, Resma downed No. 5 Khim Iglupas, 6-4, 6-2, then returned to the court three hours later and beat Isabella Orteza, 7-5, 6-3, in the 18-under title match.
Fourth seed Stefan Suarez won the 16-under boys' singles final 6-0, 7-6 (5) over No. 3 Eric Olivarez, Jr.
Mikaela Vicencio won the 12-under girls' singles title with a 6-0, 6-3 victory over No. 1 Carlyn Bless Guarde.
Diego Dayrit topped the 10-under unisex play with a 7-6 (5), 6-3 victory over Alexandra Eala, while Janus Ringia trounced Michael Eala, 7-6 (4), 6-3, for the 12-under boys' singles plum.
Seventh seed Bryan Otico edged No. 2 Emmanuel Vacalares, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2, to rule the 14-under boys' division, while Monica Therese Cruz ruled the distaff side with a 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 win over Frances Angela Santiago.
Andrew and Jose Cano won 2-6, 6-2 (10-4) over Kyle Joseph and Brysl Libao in the 18-under boys' doubles final.
