PAYING homage to her roots, homegrown tennis star Alex Eala made a heartwarming stop at her former school, Colegio San Agustin in Makati, to reunite with familiar faces who helped shape her early years.
CSA Makati shared that Eala once played in the school’s tennis courts when she was just starting out, long before her rise in the international ranks.

During her visit, the Quezon City-born tennis player received a statue of Santo Niño from CSA Vice-Rector Fr. Julian Mazana, along with a school doll and shirt.
“Alex’s short visit to CSA Makati brought an infectious wave of excitement to her well-wishers and former mentors,” the school wrote on Facebook.

Earlier in the week, Kom Noli Eala shared that Alex had returned to the Philippines following a relentless stretch across the clay and grass seasons of the tennis calendar.
“Her presence reminded everyone of the heights that hard work and passion can achieve, leaving behind smiles, selfies, and a spark of renewed motivation. Alex made a lasting impact, turning an ordinary day into an unforgettable one,” the school added.
