Arnaiz completed her outstanding performance in the tournament that saw her tally 85 strikeouts throughout the tournament including 17 last Friday against West.
Bago City swept all of their games, going 6-0 in Pool A, arranging a championship match against East Region from Milford, Connecticut.
Arnaiz helped her cause in the final, putting Asia Pacific on the scoreboard after a double and reaching home on an error in the third inning.
Ana Dyana Buenafe gave the Philippine team the three-run cushion in the sixth inning with an RBI single that pushed two runners home.
