ADAMSON survived National University, 7-3, on Saturday at the Rizal Memorial Baseball Stadium to extend its winning streak to 72, just two victories away from a sweep of the UAAP Season 78 softball eliminations.
The Lady Falcons improved their season mark to 10-0 and moved closer to an outright berth in the finals.
It was a defensive battle early in the game as Adamson and NU were tied at 2 before the Lady Falcons pulled away in the late innings.
