CHEFS de mission from all participating countries in the 30th Southeast Asian Games have been able to air their grievances in a meeting on Monday at World Trade Center in Pasay.
Sources close to the situation bared that officials from the Philippine Southeast Asian Games Committee (PHISGOC) met with representatives from the visiting countries, giving them a chance to raise their concerns even before the biennial games formally begin.
Monday was the first game of competitions, with the preliminaries for the men's football matches, floorball and netball competitions all being held.
Problems continue to pile on the hosting of the SEA Games with women's football coaches raising concerns on the food rations in Laguna while coaches on the men's side expressing frustrations on the hastily refurbished conditions inside Rizal Memorial Stadium.
Spin.ph sought comments from PHISGOC chief operating officer Ramon "Tats" Suzara, but he has yet to respond on our queries as of press time.
