RAYONG, Thailand – The Philippine women’s and men’s triathlon team came through with the gold in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games on Wednesday.
Kira Ellis, Kim Mangrobang, and Raven Alcoseba claimed the women’s gold with a time of one hour, 10.14 seconds, while Aki Lorbes, Matthew Hermosa, and Fer Casares secured the men’s title with a clocking of one hour, 04.35 seconds.

The Philippines won the women’s event by 34 seconds over Indonesia, while the men’s division was won by 10 seconds over Singapore.
