KUALA LUMPUR — Perlas Pilipinas thumped Myanmar, 123-33, on Tuesday in the 2017 Southeast Asian Games women's basketball at the MABA Stadium.

The Philippines women's basketball bounced back strong less than 24 hours after bowing to Indonesia for its first loss of the tournament.

Claire Castro had 21 points and 12 rebounds, while Cindy Resultay and Raisa Palmera-Dy each had 16 points as Perlas Pilipinas improved to 2-1.
