EVEN with the decision to keep Mall of Asia Arena as the venue of the basketball competitions of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, the Filoil Flying V Centre will still be in use for the biennial meet to be hosted by the country at the end of the year.

According to Philippine SEA Games Organizing Committee (Phisgoc) executive director Tats Suzara, the San Juan venue will now be used as a venue for 3x3 basketball, which will make its debut in the SEA Games this year.

“MOA Arena confirmed for 5x5 basketball from December 1 to 10. 3x3 will be in Filoil Arena,” said Suzara in an SMS message.
