SUBIC, Zambales — Eric Ang, Carlos Carag and Hagen Alexander Topacio won gold in the men’s trap of the 30th Southeast Asian Games at Ilanin Forest.
The Philippines’ bets shot 338 points to edge out Cheng Han Bernard Yeoh, Chee Kheng Ong and Seong Fook Chen of Malaysia (330).
Savate Sresthaporn earned the bronze with 321 points.
Carag bagged the silver in trap shotgun with 41 points, Thailand’s Sresthaporn took the gold with 44 points and Chee Ong won the bronze with 34 points.
In the trap shotgun 50 rounds, Ang and Carag copped the silver and bronze, respectively, while Yeoh ruled the event.
Ang and Carag both had 115 points and Yeoh had 118 points.
