KUALA LUMPUR - Chezka Centeno and Rubilen Amit arranged another all-Filipina final in women's 9-ball on Saturday in the 29th Southeast Asian Games.

Centeno defeated Djajalie Klaudia of Malaysia, 7-1, while Amit won over another Malaysian in Suhana Dewi bt Sabtu, 7-2, to move into the finals.

The gold medal game is a rematch of the last SEA Games in Singapore won by Centeno.

Centeno and Amit vowed to do their all, happy that the gold medal stays in the Philippines.

"Ngayon, ang paglalabanan, kung saang bahay 'yung ginto mapupunta," said Amit. "More importantly, nasa Philippine soil 'yung ginto. 'Yun talaga 'yung goal namin."

Amit, who is roommates with her finals opponent, said she will fight for the gold against Centeno.

"May papakain ako sa kanya para paggising niya, alas-singko na," said Amit in jest.

"Laban kami even though sure silver," Amit added.

Meanwhile, Carlo Biado escaped with a 9-8 win over Irsal A. Nasution of Indonesia to move into the semifinals.
