Jeremiah Gray suffers dislocated knee

DOCTORS have been able to put Jeremiah Gray’s dislocated right knee back in place and are evaluating the damage to the ligaments.
Gray suffered the knee injury in the third period of Ginebra’s final game in the PBA on Tour. The Gin Kings won over the NLEX Road Warriors.
“No decisions have been made yet about surgery,” said coach Tim Cone.
Before entering the PBA Draft last year, Gray suffered a torn ACL in his left knee during a PBA 3x3 game for TNT.
Thompson skipping Gilas’ China stint

SCOTTIE Thompson will stay in the Philippines to recover from a right hand injury as Gilas plays in a tournament in China.
As part of the preparations for the Fiba Basketball World Cup, the Philippines will take part in the 2023 Heyuan WUS International Basketball Tournament in Guandong starting on Wednesday.
The 30-year-old Thompson sustained the metacarpal fracture on his right hand during the team’s European training last month.
Thompson, the PBA Season 47 MVP, still attends Gilas practice despite the injury.
